Phase 3: Expansion (Q3–Q4 2026)

This phase opens up community governance and the ecosystem.

Q3 2026 — Community Governance Launch: On-chain community governance will be enabled for community treasury and policies, activating voting and execution systems. Governance features and community voting interfaces will be expanded. The twin marketplace and ecosystem integration features will launch. A developer portal and interface marketplace will be released, and the mobile application beta version will debut.

Q4 2026 — Compliance & Advanced Features: Identity verification and transaction monitoring systems will be implemented to meet compliance requirements. The official mobile application will launch with full feature support. Optional autonomous agent modes will be enabled with user approval requirements and spending limits. TWN's first-party AI language model will roll out. Metaverse integration pilots and developer tools will launch to enable virtual world experiences.
