Phase 2: Enhancement (Q1–Q2 2026)

This phase makes the platform more personal and community-driven.

Q1 2026 — Foundation for Growth: Visual avatar generation will be launched, enabling users to create avatars from photos. Appearance cloning with consent and safety controls will be enabled. AI routing will be improved with smart systems, backup mechanisms and quality checks. Subscription plans and external platform interfaces will launch to enable monetization. Public documentation and developer tools will be released alongside data export capabilities. Twins will be able to connect with major apps through consent-based, per-twin connections. Real-time data feeds will be implemented with secure access controls.

Q2 2026 — Security & Community: An off-chain community vote during Phase 2 will let iNFT holders decide on early unlocks, with execution via multisig governance and time delay. A usage-based rewards system will launch for all tiers. Community governance structures will be designed, defining clear responsibilities between multisig and community control. Control structure and treasury management details will be published. Advanced security measures will be implemented including enhanced code security, web protections and a private bug bounty program launch. Research and pilot programs for additional blockchain support will begin.
