Phase 1: Foundation (2024–2025)

This phase sets the groundwork:

Q4 2024 — Idea, Concept & Architecture: The team defined the product vision and performance metrics, mapped out the platform architecture (Core Platform, Smart Contracts, AI, Distribution, Authentication) and set up the tier model and multisig governance. A security baseline (key storage, rate limiting) and monthly snapshot/reporting processes were established.

Q1 2025 — Foundation Kickoff: Core modules and interface foundations were built; smart‑contract repositories were established with versioning; multisig and metadata work was completed; an automated deployment pipeline was implemented and basic monitoring was configured.

Q2 2025 — Smart Contracts & AI: A token locker, iNFT minting and governance contracts were deployed on test networks. Programmable iNFT logic and a tier system enforcing “one account, one iNFT” were implemented. The 2‑of‑3 multisig with two‑day delay was activated, and AI integration (voice synthesis and language models) went live. Twin features were introduced and security measures (authentication tokens, rate limiting, input validation) were enforced.

Q3 2025 — Live Features & Operations: Key storage and backup strategies were implemented. Live voice and text interactions were validated, load and recovery tests were performed, the direct iNFT mint→publish workflow was verified and audit readiness was ensured. A public website offering read‑only twin browsing was launched.

Q4 2025 — Public Launch & Transparency: The distribution engine will go live with carryover and retry logic. Monitoring and log management will be enhanced, blockchain reference timestamps will be finalized and CSV/JSON reports will be published on the website and GitHub. A comprehensive security review will precede the public platform launch. The token will be launched via a bonding curve, liquidity will be pooled and LP tokens locked or burned. Public dashboards will display transaction routes, execution details and blockchain references.
