🔭Targets & Milestones

TWN Labs operates with clear, measurable targets across service delivery, reliability, security and community milestones.

Service Level Targets

Distribution operations are scheduled to complete within seven calendar days after month-end. This includes executing the monthly snapshot, calculating allocations across all tiers with carryover logic, and delivering tokens directly to recipient wallets. Monthly transparency reports—including CSV/JSON artifacts, transaction hashes, swap routes and checksums—are targeted for publication within seven days of distribution completion. All reports are published on both twnlabs.com and mirrored to the GitHub transparency repository to ensure independent verification.

Reliability & Coverage

The platform targets fewer than 0.1% failed distributions after automatic retries, ensuring that virtually all eligible wallets receive their allocations without manual intervention. Complete transaction reference coverage is maintained, meaning every distribution, swap and treasury operation is traceable via on-chain transaction hashes published in monthly reports. Carryover tracking ensures that any unspent allocations or rounding remainders are transparently reported and rolled forward to subsequent periods.

Security & Governance

Multi-signature governance with time delays remains in force across all phases. All treasury operations and program wallet actions require 2-of-3 signature approval. Changes to iNFT identity or transfer policies additionally require a 48-hour timelock to provide advance notice to the community. Independent security audits are scheduled annually and before major platform upgrades to validate smart-contract safety and operational controls.

Community Milestones

A key checkpoint for community governance readiness is targeted for Phase 2. This includes publishing governance documentation, defining the responsibilities between multisig and community control, and preparing the infrastructure for off-chain voting and on-chain execution. The early unlock vote—an off-chain community signal—will be conducted during Phase 2, with results executed via the multisig and timelock framework. Full DAO launch is targeted for Q3 2026, enabling on-chain community governance for treasury management and policy decisions.

Performance & Growth Metrics

Platform activation and retention metrics track user engagement with core twin features. Latency targets ensure sub-second response times for voice and text interactions. Distribution success rates, carryover transparency and wallet participation rates are monitored monthly. Developer adoption is measured through API integration counts, SDK downloads and marketplace activity. Agent approval rates and budget compliance metrics ensure safety guardrails remain effective as agentic capabilities roll out.
