TWN Labs aims to cultivate a vibrant community. iNFT holders (Gold, Silver and Bronze) receive monthly distributions based on fixed tier weights (10:5:1). During Months 1-6 (vesting), distributions are equal per-wallet within each tier; from Month 7 onward, distributions become performance-weighted based on twin metrics. Holders may participate in off‑chain votes and, eventually, on‑chain governance. The DAO will empower holders to shape treasury allocations and policies during Phase 3. Community conduct rules prohibit Sybil attacks, misinformation and misuse of others' data; violators may be banned.

Developers are first‑class citizens. TWN will release public documentation, SDKs and developer tools with versioned APIs and sandbox keys. The platform provides deterministic monthly allocations and reproducible reporting, making it straightforward to build applications and integrations. A developer portal and marketplace is planned for Phase 3.
